The F-117 Nighthawk of Lockheed of United States Air Force while on fly pass over Virginia Beach. This photo taken back in 2007 by Glenn Beasley, one year before its retirement. Yes, this sensational stealth jet fighter retired in 2008, after its first flight in 1981 and entered service in 1983. This jet fighter developed by Skunk Works division in 1975 and apparently, the F-117 was secretly operated since 1983 until public revelation in 1988.

The nighthawk famed as its important role in the Gulf War, 1991, the stealth fighter was superb on ground attacking thanks to its stealth capability. Probably the main reason of its retirement because of presence of F-22 Raptor, but the real reason remain uncovered. This jet fighter was one of the most important phase in stealth fighter industry. It has twin-engine and only single-seat variant.
