Taoyuan Airport is located about 40 km of Taipei, the capital city of Taiwan. This airport also the main hub for China Airlines and EVA Air. Based on 2014 data, Taoyuan handled more than 35 million passengers and more than 2 million kg of freight. Making this as one of the busiest airport in terms of passengers as well as cargo.

While China Eastern Airlines is one of the largest airline in China, they carried up to 83 million passengers per year and quite high load factor.
